Hw@ Ch0ng installs CCTVs to monitor students

Following the Gomez incident, Hw@ Ch0ng has installed CCTVs above its class benches to better monitor its students.

"We feel sorry for James Gomez who paid a heavy price for distraction. Owing to the success of CCTVs in getting a person back on his tracks, we have decided to install CCTVs to save students who are distracted from their studies. The Hw@ Ch0ng faRmily hopes that every student does well in their academic studies," said CEO/Principal Mr Ang Ku Kueh. "So that we'll thrash Raffles in school ranking if it is re-instated one day," muttered Mr Ang.

When contacted, Discipline Watchdog Mr Punk justified the school's stance by saying that students normally use the class benches for non-academic activities such as sleeping, talking cock and gambling. But the crux of the problem is that without proper evidence, students can deny allegations.

"With the omnipotent CCTVs, there is no problem determining who slacked, who's a liar and who's not. There are tips-off that soliciting had taken place at class benches. Hopefully the CCTVs will take care of the rising abortion rates and illegal capitalistic activities. Those can't control themselves can always look for me in my cubicle. As a senior affective consultant, it's my job to show them affection," said Mr Punk. "A final word of warning to the students: Don't play punk with me ah, heheh."

Meanwhile, students bemoaned the lack of freedom and speculated that CCTVs may well be installed in toilets one day - an obscure hideout without CCTVs and a favourtie among lecture pontang-ers. ACS(*) has already installed CCTVs outside its toilets.

However, Mr Punk assured students that will not happen because unlike ACS(*)'s Drong, Hw@ Ch0ng's Mr Ang is not a sicko. Instead, a CCTV will be installed in front of Stall 3, the stall that sells Ba Chor Mee in the canteen. Forgetfulness, he said, has been rampant as students could not remember their orders, interestingly, after Mr Brown became famous.
