A long weekend... after block test.

On Thursday after Physics, I ate with the class at Orchard. The lunch alreday burnt a hole in my pocket.. almost hitting 10 bucks! Sadly, wasn't allowed into the amusement centre - that receptionist said T-shirt and uniform pants cannot. Wtf, that biege pants looks like any other cargo pants! While the rest went to watch Howl's Moving Castle, I decided to stick to my cheaper alternative - borrowing the VCD from Daniel (thanks a lot man!). Then I toook 14 to Queensway to re-string my badminton racket and home.

Played pool with Jeremy Koh and Joel in the evening... Teamed up with Joel against Jermey and broke records. Joel scored 5 balls straight and I scored 4 straight, thereby finishing Jeremy off in the shortest game ever. However we still got thrashed by Jeremy.. 7 vs 4. One day must thrash Jeremy at his home ground!

Friday was Good Friday. Went to Plaza Sing to meet a Channel 5 producer who wanted to meet 'avid' bus fans for a discussion on the first episode of her production 40/40, which features the changing trends of Singapore's local transport. The discussion was rather insightful... and filming will be on this coming Saturday for a selected few.

I finally finished The Doors on Saturday - a game with good puzzles but with an ending that just kills off everything. Thrashed my junior on yahoo pool with a score of 5-3.

Was out at a wedding dinner on Sunday night. Please, entering the ballroom from the kitchen is not for me.

Watched Howl's Moving Castle yesterday. Not bad although I don't really get the wizardy stuff. But I really like the moving castle. If I were to choose 4 destinations where the door of my house would open to, they would be: School, so that I can wake up at 7.20am every morning; A countryside set at 23degreecelsius, for me to relax; Ghim Moh market, a place where I can have a decent lunch because Bt Panjang has nothing good to eat; and Christmas Island, a place where I can escape to when MINDEF calls me up for enlistment. And yes, the movie serves as Jap revision for me =x

Oh well, gtg for Phy SPA now! Later come back then resume playing

After reading Kaiguan's blog and mugging the whole day till my balls wanna drop off (quote BenMoh), I decide to talk a bit of cock and give an update of myself.

Salvation for my ailing (organic) Chem came 2 Saturdays ago (5 March), when I attended private chem tuition at Goodnews Learning. So much for advertising... since Mr Stephen Lim waived my admin fee. Finally, at least 1 subject is more or less on track, better than 5 subjects in a mess. Now I'm digesting on undigested stuff leftover from Econs lecture. Feel like puking while trying to swallow terms like "interest rates", "bond prices" blah blah blah. Now just anyhow "hamtam" and mug.. no time to draw up nice agenda.

Recently the minister announced that CCA isn't important.. but it doesn't affect me!! But think of the perks we 1987-ers are/have been getting. No SAT. 2-year NS on 5-day week!! whoo!! Please don't reverse on that policy for now and 2 years to come.

Pearls sucks. I admit to being mercenary and had spent quite some time working out how to maximise Pearls, with minimal effort and maximum rewards. But it seems like things are naturally working out well and points are naturally falling in place evre since I've stopped that intrinsic habit of calculating my pearls points. Sigh, human calculation can't beat divine intervention. God's grace =)

Damn it. there's a bloody super-infector who's infecting everyone in hwa chong with the flu bug. Talk about a 'biological warfare'. Not to mention the conventional 'psychological warfare' that is going on. And lootings... When's someone starting a chemical warfare? sigh, when exam nears...
