All you need is Passion
 
Sometimes, all you need is passion for the thing you do. Take a look at the forum set up by bus enthusiasts. From an economic perspective, there is no incentive for the moderators to put in so much effort to create such a lovely website, despite the fact that there are 'free-riders' like myself who don't contribute to the management of the website.
 
When you dislike the thing you are doing, you'll never do a good job.
 
Anyway, kuodos to the bus forum moderators and Admin crew!
